Greensky Bluegrass Announces 2017 Fall Tour

Michigan jamgrass act Greensky Bluegrass eased up on their road warrior ways this summer, but appear to be ready to tour hard once again. Greensky Bluegrass has just confirmed a Fall Tour that for now includes 20 shows and comes with word more dates will be added soon.

The five-piece kicks off this fall’s run at the Crystal Bay Casino in Crystal Bay, Nevada on September 8 ahead of a headlining appearance at the famed Warfield in San Francisco on September 9. From there, GSBG brings the tour to Phoenix, San Diego, Henderson, Anaheim, Flagstaff and Taos. The band is currently slated to end September in Colorado with a performance at the Boulder Theater on the 22nd and at Red Rocks on the 23rd.

Greensky Bluegrass also announced a series of October dates starting with a concert at the Slowdown in Omaha on the 13th and an appearance at this year’s Hillberry: The Harvest Moon Festival in Arkansas on the 14th. Next up is a handful of shows featuring support from Fruition in Kansas City, Louisville, Asheville, Birmingham and Atlanta. The quintet goes it alone to end the month of October with a concert in Winston-Salem and slots at Hulaween and Hangtown.

Tickets for most shows go on sale Friday, July 28 at 10 a.m. local.
