Great South Bay Music Festival 2023 Lineup Lands Phil Lesh & Friends, Gov’t Mule ‘Dark Side’ Tribute + More

Hot Tuna, Dirty Heads, Eric Krasno Trio and Neighbor are among other acts aboard for the four-day festival coming to Long Island this July.

Phil Lesh & Friends, Gov’t Mule‘s Dark Side Of The Mule, Hot Tuna and Dirty Heads headline the 2023 Great South Bay Music Festival lineup. The four-day event returns to Shorefront Park in Patchogue, New York on Long Island July 20 – 23.

Hot Tuna, Dave Mason, Kerry Kearney Band and a special guest to be announced get the festival underway on Thursday, July 20. Dirty Heads then top a lineup for Friday, July 21 that will also include performances by Goldfinger, Badfish (Sublime Tribute), Ballyhoo!, Oogee Wawa and Cliffdiver.

Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh will bring an as-of-yet announced Phil Lesh & Friends lineup to Shorefront Park on Saturday, July 22. Eric Krasno Trio, Neighbor, Baked Shrimp and Cassandra House are also aboard for the penultimate day of the 2023 Great South Bay Music Festival.

Gov’t Mule will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd releasing their iconic Dark Side Of The Moon album in 1973 by closing out Great South Bay with a Dark Side Of The Mule performance. Long Island’s own Brandon “Taz” Niederauer is also part of the bill for Sunday, July 23 as are Duane Betts & Palmetto Hotel and a special guest to be announced.
