Grace Potter & Trampled By Turtles Cover Neil Young In NYC

Grace Potter brought her Fall Tour in support of her recently issued solo LP Midnight to New York City’s Radio City Music Hall Saturday night. During the multi-instrumentalist’s encore, opening act Trampled By Turtles came on stage to assist on a Neil Young cover.
At the conclusion of Potter’s headlining performance that included a special birthday version of “Amazing Grace” for the singer’s mother in attendance, the encore began with Trampled By Turtles on stage sharing a microphone for a take on Neil Young’s classic “Helpless.” Potter ended the encore with “Stars,” “Medicine” – during which she went into the balcony – and “Paris (Oh La La).”
