Govt Mule & John Scofield Release Sco-Mule

More than fifteen years after John Scofield teamed with Gov’t Mule for a pair of landmark shows in Georgia, Sco-Mule, a live album documenting those shows, is finally here. Sco-Mule is currently on sale at iTunes, Amazon, the Mule Webstore, and select indie retailers.

The album also features the original lineup of Gov’t Mule with the late Allen Woody on bass. We get to hear the ensemble perform a mix of Mule classics and covers including a take on the funky JBs hit “Pass The Peas.” Stream Sco-Mule on Spotify below:
