Gov’t Mule Announces 2018 Summer Tour Dates With The Magpie Salute

While Gov’t Mule had previously announced a handful of summer dates including a series of Dark Side Of The Mule performances, the band has now filled out their touring plans for the season. Gov’t Mule will be joined by The Magpie Salute for eight of the nine shows confirmed today.

The first of the new dates will take place at CMCU Amphitheater in Charlotte on August 17. Mule and The Magpie Salute then head to Charleston, South Carolina; Whites Creek, Tennessee and Huber Heights, Ohio. Up next are previously-announced Dark Side Of The Mule co-headlining dates with The Avett Brothers featuring support from The Magpie Salute in Noblesville, Indiana on August 23; Tinley Park, Illinois on August 24 and Clarkston, Michigan on August 25.

Gov’t Mule and The Magpie Salute continue their run together in Des Moines on August 26. From there, the two acts play Mankato, Minnesota; Papillion, Nebraska and Park City, Utah. Gov’t Mule then teams with Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real at Sun Valley Pavilion in Sun Valley, Idaho on September 2.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 18 at 10 a.m. local following fan club pre-sales that begin Monday, May 14 at 12 p.m. ET.
