Connecticut-based jam quintet Goose shared pro-shot video featuring the “Tumble” into “Factory Fiction” pairing that closed out the band’s second set at Westville Music Bowl in New Haven on Saturday night. The latter dates back to pre-Goose band Vasudo and was performed in public for the first and only time since June 2, 2018 as per ElGoose.net.
The 29-minute segment started with “Tumble,” another song first played by Vasudo. However, unlike “Factory Fiction,” “Tumble” is a staple of the Goose repertoire.

“Factory Fiction” first saw action at Pic & Jess’ wedding before the band played the song for crew member Jon “Coach” Lombardi at Octave in Covington, Kentucky on June 2, 2018. Another version followed on October 5, 2019 in Madison, Connecticut at what was Coach’s wedding according to Live For Live Music. “Factory Fiction,” which shares its name with an El Goose Times column, was also performed on June 26, 2020 during Goose’s Bingo Tour.
