Goose played a late night set at this year’s Resonance Music & Arts Festival on September 19. The Connecticut-based jam act shared pro-shot video of the performance on their YouTube channel.

This year’s Resonance was held at Cooper’s Lake in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania from September 19 – 22. Goose performed a total of three sets at the event including the late night on the first night of the festival. The quartet opened with a take on “Creatures” that spanned nearly 20 minutes. Goose built an untz-y groove to a huge peak before ending the song. Next up was an exploratory version of the ska-tinged “Tumble” in which the group moved through various jam spaces over the course of 15 minutes.

The dance party continued for Goose at Resonance with “Slow Ready.” Goose followed the original by covering Run-D.M.C.’s take on the “Ghostbusters” theme from 1989’s Ghostbusters II film. Multi-instrumentalist Peter Anspach involved the crowd during a call-and-response segment. Crew member Jon “Coach” Lombardi then emerged to add rain stick to a vocal jam. The band, who like their crew were dressed in gold velour leisure suits, finished the set with more jamming. Manager Matt Kolinski came out at one point to dance along to the music.
