George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic are still going strong nearly 50 years after they revolutionized funk. Clinton and his troupe have announced their first tour of 2018, the Mardi Gras Madness Tour.

George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic’s Mardi Gras Madness Tour kicks off at Thalia Hall in Chicago on January 31. From there, the legendary funk act brings the run to Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. The tour then makes stops in Virginia and North Carolina ahead of a performance at B.B. King Blues Club in New York City on February 13.

Clinton leads the band at The Howard in Washington, D.C. on February 15 before the tour visits Baltimore, Boston, Huntington, Raleigh, Atlanta, Memphis, Houston and Dallas. It wouldn’t be a Mardi Gras Tour without a stop in New Orleans that concert will take place at the Joy Theater on March 4 ahead of what is currently the tour closer in Detroit on March 8.

Tickets go on sale Friday, November 3 at 10 a.m. ET.
