Gary Clark Jr. Teams With Jon Batiste & Stay Human On ‘Late Show With Stephen Colbert’

Austin-based guitarist Gary Clark Jr. was the musical guest on last night’s episode of the CBS talk show The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. Clark Jr. was joined by the show’s house band of Jon Batiste & Stay Human for a song off The Story Of Sonny Boy Slim.

The guitarist showed off his meaty skills on a blistering performance of “Cold Blooded.” Batiste adds powerful organ blasts to the mix, while a horn section delivers bursts of brass. Watch how it went down:
