Full Show Audio: Trey Anastasio Band At Peach Music Festival

On Saturday night Phish frontman Trey Anastasio’s Trey Anastasio Band headlined the action at the Peach Music Festival in Scranton. A storm came through as TAB played “Sand,” leading to a delay in the middle of the set. An audience recording of the complete Trey Anastasio Band performance has surfaced.

For TAB’s Peach appearance as well as a performance at the inaugural Vertex a week earlier, Anastasio pulled together a special lineup of his long-time outfit. With James Casey on tour with Meghan Trainor, Trey recruited TAB alumnus Jeff Cressman to provide a two-trombone attack along with his daughter Natalie Cressman. The Trey Anastasio Band was also augmented by percussionist Cyro Baptista at Peach and Vertex.

The guitarist pulled from nearly every era of TAB at the Peach Music Festival. Golden oldies “Cayman Review,” “Sand” and “Push On ‘Til The Day” were mixed with more recent cuts “Frost,” “Valentine” and “Architect” as well as the Phish gem “Magilla” and covers of Bob Marley’s “Soul Rebel” and Gorillaz’s “Clint Eastwood.”
