Louisville rockers My Morning Jacket continued Summer Tour 2017 on Sunday night at Red Hat Amphitheater in Raleigh, North Carolina. An audience recording of MMJ’s visit to Raleigh has surfaced and can be streamed and downloaded below.
My Morning Jacket opened Sunday’s show with the title track off 2011’s Circuital. The 19-song, all-original performance continued with a career-spanning collection of material including fan favorites “Off The Record,” “War Begun,” “Victory Dance,” “Lay Low” and “Mahgeetah.”
In addition to MMJ originals, Sunday’s show also featured takes on two Jim James solo tunes – “State Of The Art (A.E.I.O.U.)” and “A New Life.” The band kicked off a four-song encore with “Wordless Chorus.” My Morning Jacket then presented both parts of “Touch Me I’m Going To Scream” ahead of a “One Big Holiday” finale.
