The Floozies Release New Single ‘Summer Fling’

Kansas-based electronic duo The Floozies released the EP Granola Jones earlier this year, but aren’t finished unveiling new music in 2016. Today, the band has shared their latest new single titled “Summer Fling” just in time for the summer season.

The release of the electronic-tinged “Summer Fling” comes just after The Floozies team of producer/guitarist Matt Hill and drummer Mark Hill had a big weekend of performing at both Bonnaroo and Mysteryland. “All things in love and life are fleeting. The fact that everything comes to an end just makes it all that much more beautiful. We have no choice but to smile while the things we love are still with us. So that’s kind of what summer fling is about. Instead of dreading the end, appreciate the present and rejoice that you ever got to have something so beautiful and lovely and fun and in the first place,” reads a note from The Floozies.
