Fab Faux Welcomes Members Of Los Lobos In San Francisco

Quintessential Beatles tribute act the Fab Faux made their way to San Francisco this past weekend for a series of four performances at Yoshi’s. On Saturday night the Faux welcomed a pair of old friends who were in town for the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival to share the stage for the evening’s encore.

The Faux brought out David Hidalgo and Cesar Rosas of Los Lobos for a three-song medley that connected “Twist & Shout,” “La Bamba” and “Hang On Sloopy,” which served as the encore of Saturday’s early show. Watch fan-shot footage of the Los Fauxbos collaboration:
