Ethan Hawke & Jimmy Fallon Parody Willie Nelson & Johnny Cash On ‘Tonight Show’

Host Jimmy Fallon recruited actor/director Ethan Hawke for a parody musical performance on Tuesday’s episode of The Tonight Show. Fallon portrayed Johnny Cash and Hawke dressed as Willie Nelson for a silly reworking of “On The Road Again.”

Hawke directed the new feature film Blaze, which stars Ben Dickey and Charlie Sexton. Both participated in last night’s parody, Dickey portraying Waylon Jennings and Sexton as a faux Kris Kristofferson (who also appears in Blaze). Watch below as “On The Road Again” becomes “Let’s Just Stay Here”:
