Classical dance music act Reed Mathis and Electric Beethoven were set to play a post-Dead & Company show this Saturday at TopGolf at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. While local authorities stepped in to cancel the concert due to noise concerns, the band has turned lemons into lemonade by announcing a free pre-Dead & Company show at the same venue from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Electric Beethoven will also perform a warm-up show for Dead & Company tour early arrivals on Friday night from 7:30 – 10 p.m. Free admission to both concerts is based on first come, first served. The Vegas shows serve as a kick-off a summer that focuses on both Dead & Company and Phish late nights as well as festival appearances at Summer Camp, Camp Bisco, Disc Jam, Beanstalk and other festivals TBA.
