Dr. John Guests With Jon Batiste & Stay Human On ‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert’

Legendary performer Dr. John was featured on Tuesday night’s episode of CBS late night program The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. The good doctor was the special guest of the show’s house band, . Both acts hail from New Orleans and each will perform this weekend at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

Dr. John could be seen both before and after most commercial breaks. Jon Batiste, Dr. John & Stay Human play “Iko Iko” surrounding the first break and Colbert introduces the iconic musician at the 14:50 mark. Later in the show, the good doctor leads Jon Batiste & Stay Human through “Tipitina” (18:50) and “Right Place Wrong Time” (35:50).
