The Doobie Brothers Announce Full-Album Performances

Rockers The will return to The Beacon Theatre in New York City for the first time in 25 years this November. The band will use the occasion for their first-ever full-album performances as The Doobies will play Toulouse Street on November 15 and The Captain & Me on November 16.

Each of the full-album performances will be followed by select hits from The Doobie Brothers’ back catalog. Both LPs feature songs the band has never played live in the past. 1972’s Toulouse Street is The Doobie Brothers’ second studio album, while 1973’s The Captain & Me is their third album. “We are excited to be returning to The Beacon Theatre and to have the chance to perform these albums for our fans in such an intimate setting. Playing these tracks live that we haven’t played since we recorded them is going to be an undertaking we are looking forward to,” reads a note from the band.

Tickets for both shows go on sale Monday, July 23 at 10 a.m. ET via Ticketmaster.
