Dawes continues to share music from their forthcoming Good Luck With Whatever LP, which is due October 2 via Rounder Records. Today, the band released “Still Feel Like A Kid” from the album.

Good Luck With Whatever was recorded by Dawes with producer Dave Cobb at the historic RCA Studio A in Nashville. The band previously released singles “St. Augustine At Night” and “Who Do You Think You’re Talking To?”

“In a certain sense, being a touring musician can be seen as a means to perpetuate childhood…the camaraderie, the guitar faces, the dancing and the singing…and I think I have felt at odds with those implications at times,” said the band’s frontman Taylor Goldsmith. “This song is about not only coming to terms with my reality of feeling like a big kid, but also finding a way to be proud of it.”

Tonight, Dawes will perform live from a Los Angeles rooftop for a livestreamed concert. Head to Noon Chorus to watch the pay-per-view webcast starting at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT. The webcast will be available through Sunday, August 30.
