Dawes and Lucius will join forces for the The Tag Team Tour this spring. Each of the 10 March 2024 tour dates will see the two acts performing a collection of their songs as one band.

The March jaunt follows a similar run Dawes pulled off with Bahamas in September 2022. Lucius opened for Dawes this past July in Evanston, Illinois. Vocalists Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig sat-in with the headliners on “Picture Of Man,” reprising the role they played on the studio version from Dawes’ 2016 album, We’re All Gonna Die. Additionally, Wolfe and Laessig joined Dawes for a cover of The Beatles’ “With A Little Help From My Friends” to end the Evanston concert.

After a brief break, Dawes and Lucius resume the excursion in Roswell, New Mexico on March 15. A swing through Colorado follows featuring stops in Fort Collins on March 16 and Avon on March 17. Next up is a show in Salt Lake City on March 19. The Tag Team Tour ends in California with concerts in Monterey on March 22, Sacramento on March 23 and Pioneertown on March 24.

General on-sales for tickets start on Friday, December 15 at 12 p.m. ET.

Dawes hosted a star-studded holiday concert this past Saturday in Los Angeles. My Morning Jacket’s Jim James and Bo Koster were among the band’s guests.
