Built To Spill Perfect Tour

Built to Spill has announced plans for a massive tour featuring complete performances of 1997’s perfectly awesome Perfect From Now On. The tour begins in September with over 50 dates covering both coasts and a big chunk of Europe. According to Billboard.com, cellist John McMahon, who plays on Perfect, will join the band for the tour.
The Billboard article also revealed news of BTS’ follow-up to 2006’s You In Reverse. Set for release on Warner Bros. in the spring of 2009, Billboard is reporting that the yet to be named album is “a mix between newly penned material and retooled tracks considered but ultimately dropped from…You in Reverse.”
