The inaugural Built To Last Music and Camping Festival will debut at Camp Maiden Rock West in Morristown, Minnesota on June 25 – 27. Organizers have announced the lineup of performers appearing at the first-time festival.
Built To Last headliners include Dark Star Orchestra (performing two sets), The Motet, Particle and the Built to Last All Stars: MN All Star Tribute to Jerry Garcia Band. Also heading to Minnesota this summer are Big Tasty, God Johnson, Frogleg (performing two sets), The Jones Gang, Kind Country (performing “Old & In The Way”), and many more including Phish tribute You Enjoy Yourself and Talking Heads tribute Slippery People.
Here’s how the organizers describe the festival grounds:
Maiden Rock West is over 40 acres of beautiful tree lined meadows nestled along the Cannon River. A naturally secluded campground and recreation area, that’s spacious for private gathering of groups and individuals. The camp is surrounded by trees with lots of wildlife, birds, flower gardens, and a peaceful river.
Tickets, including the Pre-Party planned for June 25, are currently on sale at the Built to Last website. Check out the Built To Last entry in the newly redesigned JamBase Festival Guide.
