Talented young guitarist got Sunday’s AFC Championship Game off to a rousing start with a fiery rendition of the National Anthem. “Taz’s” version of “The Star-Spangled Banner” was filmed in front of the Lamar Hunt statue at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, where the hometown Chiefs were set to take on the Buffalo Bills.
Niederauer has plenty of experience performing “The Star-Spangled Banner,” which includes a take on the anthem at Arrowhead for a 2019 Kansas City Chiefs game. Brandon’s version may have been rooted in Jimi Hendrix’s cover of the song, yet Taz added a bit of his own spin to “The Star-Spangled Banner.”

Taz helped provide good luck for the Chiefs, as they went on to defeat the Bills 38 – 24. The Kansas City Chiefs will play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Super Bowl at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa on Sunday, February 7.
