Brandi Carlile Announces Mother’s Day Weekend Festival In Florida With Bonnie Raitt, Mavis Staples & More
Hozier, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats and Katie Pruitt are among other acts aboard.

Brandi Carlile will host and headline the inaugural Brandi Carlile's Mothership Weekend over Mother’s Day Weekend next spring. Carlile, Bonnie Raitt, Mavis Staples and others will perform over the course of the three-day music festival at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida May 12 – 14, 2023.
The music starts on Friday, May 12, 2023 with sets from Brandi Carlile, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats and Danielle Ponder. Mothership Weekend then presents performances by Mavis Staples, Hozier, The Milk Carton Kids and Katie Pruitt on Saturday, May 13, 2023. Carlile, Raitt and Fancy Hagood each play the final day of the event on Sunday, May 14, 2023.
“The Mothership welcomes EVERYONE,” explained Carlile in a press release heralding the festival. “We hope you’ll join us for this epic celebration of mothers, mother figures, motherhood, mothering and all forms of chosen families.”
Performances will take place at night giving attendees the chance to relax on the beach or take part in curated activities during the day. Attendees can reserve two, four or six-person “coves” consisting of chairs in cordoned off spaces within the concert field.
Packages include three nights of music and accommodations. Registration for a pre-sale is open now through Friday, November 25 at 8 p.m. ET.
