Bonnie Raitt and Alison Krauss performed a cover of John Prine’s “Angel From Montgomery” last night in Saratoga Springs, New York. The collaboration was part of Willie Nelson’s Outlaw Music Festival stop at Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center (SPAC).

Raitt made “Angel From Montgomery” a staple of her repertoire since recording it for her 1974 album, Streetlights. Raitt and Krauss also teamed up to perform the song on Friday night at the Outlaw Festival stop in Gilford, New Hampshire, which was the first Outlaw lineup this year that included both of the talented musicians. Along with headliners Willie Nelson & Family, Saturday’s SPAC lineup also featured Brothers Osborne and Pernikoff Brothers.
