Blues Traveler, moe. & G. Love Cover Pearl Jam, Cheap Trick & More In New Hampshire


Blues Traveler and moe.‘s co-headlining tour featuring support from G. Love rolled on at Bank Of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, New Hampshire on Sunday. Once again, members of all three acts paired up in various configurations for a cover-heavy collaborative set.

After Blues Traveler & G. Love’s sets, the collaborative performance began with a cover of Pearl Jam’s “Just Breathe” played by moe.’s Al Schnier and Jim Loughlin as well as Traveler’s John Popper and Ben Wilson. Then, all of Blues Traveler and moe. guitarist Chuck Garvey teamed up for a take on Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers’ “Mary Jane’s Last Dance.” moe. swapped in for Blues Traveler, with Wilson and Chan Kinchla sticking around for Garvey’s “Shoot First.”

Traveler drummer Brendan Hill joined in for a cover of The Rolling Stones’ “Can’t You Hear Me Knocking” before all three acts collaborated on Cheap Trick’s “I Want You To Want Me.” moe. closed out the night with a set that featured “Threw It All Away” within “Crab Eyes,” a pairing of “St. Augustine” and “Water” and more including a “Rebubula” encore.
