Behind The Lens Tour Featuring Pattie Boyd & Henry Diltz Coming To 13 Cities

The Morrison Hotel Gallery is presenting a second run of the Behind The Lens Tour this spring featuring famed rock photographers Pattie Boyd and Henry Diltz sharing their work and telling the stories behind their photos. Behind The Lens is coming to 13 cities including San Francisco for a date at the Great American Music Hall on March 24 and a pair of dates at Largo At The Coronet in Los Angeles March 29 and 30 featuring Diltz, photographer Joel Bernstein and legendary performer Graham Nash.

The first Behind The Lens with Pattie Boyd and Henry Diltz tour was greeted by capacity crowds last September. Behind The Lens 2016 begins at the Lobero Theater in Santa Barbara March 23 and runs through a stop at Fox Theatre’s Egyptian Ballroom in Atlanta April 19. Henry Diltz, long considered a legend of music photography, has a catalog of over 400,000 images, including over 400 album covers, featuring such luminaries as The Doors, Crosby, Stills and Nash and James Taylor. Pattie Boyd, the inspiration for such timeless love songs as “Something,” “Layla” and “Wonderful Tonight,” is also an acclaimed photographer with intimate and revealing photos of George Harrison, the Beatles and Eric Clapton among her most iconic images. The Behind The Lens tour will feature a live presentation of still and moving images along with the stories told by each photographer.
