Band Of Horses Appear On ‘The Late Late Show’ & Announce Massive Tour

The first musical guests this week on The Late Late Show With James Corden were last night’s performers Band of Horses. The group played a track from their upcoming new album Why Are You OK and stuck around to perform a web-exclusive second song from the LP.

Offering two of the 12 new songs making up the band’s fifth studio record that comes out on Friday on Interscope Records/American Recordings, Band Of Horses delivered a take on the single “Whatever, Whenever” for last night’s episode. They also stuck around for a rendition of the Why Are You OK single ”Solemn Oath” for the online-only performance. Below watch Ben Bridwell and crew on last night’s Late Late Show on CBS:

Band Of Horses also detailed the first batch of North American dates for their Why Are You OK 2016 Tour. The run is currently set to begin at Belly Up Aspen in Aspen on August 9 and includes stops on both coasts and many cities in between before it is scheduled to end at Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom on November 16. Notable stops include a show at The Masonic in San Francisco on August 24, a visit to NYC’s Central Park Summerstage on September 22 and a performance at the State Theatre in Minneapolis on November 12.
