Last night the the Teragram Ballroom in Los Angeles hosted Prophets Of Rage’s Anti-Inaugural Ball. The evening featured appearances by several other acts, including the first Audioslave live performance since 2005.

Following a set by Prophets Of Rage – which features Rage Against The Machine’s Tom Morello, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk and frontmen B-Real of Cypress Hill and Chuck D of Public Enemy along with DJ Lord – the stage was turned over to Audioslave. The broken-up band’s lineup is made up of Morello, Commerford, Wilk and Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell.

Audioslave performed three songs at the Teragram, all of which were pulled from their 2002 self-titled debut album. Cornell led them first through “Cochise” and then “Like A Stone” and finally “Show Me How To Live,” marking their first live performance together in nearly 12 years. Other performers included Jackson Browne, Jack Black and Tenacious D, Everlast, Vic Mensa and The Los Angeles Freedom Choir.

Audience-shot footage of the complete Audioslave performance from last night captured by Ted Weitzman can be viewed below:
