Louisiana-based musician Dax Riggs has announced a run of special acoustic shows for March and February. A unique alchemy of roots music, doom metal, and glam-punk poetry, Riggs will perform shows in Texas and Mississippi, in addition to dates in the Bayou state.
After fronting the seminal sludge metal outfit Acid Bath in the 90s, and rock duo Deadboy & the Elephantmen from 2000 through 2007, Riggs struck out on his own, putting out his debut solo record We Sing of Only Blood or Love in 2008. His most recent effort, Say Goodnight To The World, was released back in 2010.
