HAIM Is ‘Down To Be Wrong’ On ‘Kimmel’

HAIM recently wrapped the North American leg of the tour around their new album, I quit, in Southern California. Este Haim, Danielle Haim and Alana Haim’s final stop before heading to the UK was a performance of “Down To Be Wrong” on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

I quit arrived on June 20 via Columbia Records/Polydor. The LP marked the sister trio’s first studio album in five years following 2020’s Women in Music Pt. III. Este Haim spoke with Apple Music about the title of the record and also performing live.

“Quitting can be looked at as giving up in normal circumstances. We look at it as a new beginning and betting on yourself. We quit things that don’t serve us anymore. … We always think about our live show when we are writing songs, because that’s really where our heart is — playing live.”
