Widespread Panic debuted the beautiful ballad “Jack” live on August 4, 1988 at Athens’ Uptown Lounge as per Everyday Companion. The band went on to record a studio version for their 1994 album, Ain’t Life Grand. Panic has only gone more than 21 shows between “Jack” performances once since its debut. “Jack” was last played by WSP at their most recent concert, which took place at The Beacon Theatre in New York City on March 2, 2020.
