As previously reported Georgia rockers Widespread Panic announced a series of fall dates and this year’s New Year’s run earlier this summer. Today the band has added a show to their fall plans and revealed ticketing details for the New Year’s run.

Widespread Panic will end the year with three nights at the famed Fox in Atlanta December 29 – 31. Tickets go on sale September 25 at 10 a.m. ET. Those who pre-order the band’s new studio album, Street Dogs, before Friday, September 18 via WidespreadPanic.com will have the opportunity to purchase a limited number of 3-day passes to this year’s New Year’s run. Fans who pre-order Street Dogs will receive e-mail instructions in advance on how to access early ticketing. The limited supply of early access tickets will be made available on a first come, first serve basis.

As mentioned above Widespread Panic added a show to Fall Tour today. The band has revealed they will play the Civic Center in Akron, Ohio on October 27. Tickets for the Akron show go on sale Friday, September 18 at 10 a.m. ET.

In other Widespread Panic-related news, Colorado’s The Dyrty Byrds will host a benefit concert on September 13 at the Park House in Denver with all proceeds benefiting the family of Troy Goode. Goode died after being taken into police custody following a Widespread Panic concert in Southaven, Mississippi. The event will also feature a silent auction for concert tickets donated by AEG Live and posters donated by various bands including Widespread Panic. Head here to donate directly to the Kelli and Ryan Goode Fund.
