Powerhouse funk act Turkuaz will continue their road warrior ways into 2018. The band has announced their first tour of the new year, which spans January through March.
Up first for Turkuaz are visits to Detroit, Columbus, Lexington, Asheville and Athens ahead of the band’s second consecutive appearance on Jam Cruise. Turkuaz will also play the Jam Cruise Pre-Party in Miami on January 16. From there, the group returns to the road with a performance at The Haunt in Ithaca on January 25 followed by stops in Stroudsburg, Rochester, Toronto and Cohoes.
Feburary starts with a series of Vermont gigs including concerts in Killington, Burlington and Stratton. Turkuaz then heads to Colorado for stops in Telluride, Frisco, Fort Collins and Steamboat Springs. From there, the group visits Park City, Jackson Hole, Bozeman, Whitefish, Sandpoint and Eugene. The nine-piece is currently set to conclude the tour in California, as Turkuaz will play the cities of Chico, Sacramento, Los Angeles and San Francisco in late March.
