Phish Radio Details Trey Anastasio ‘The Beacon Jams’ Highlights Special

SiriusXM’s Phish Radio will air a special featuring highlights from Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio‘s The Beacon Jams residency later today. The Beacon Jams Highlights Special premieres this afternoon (Friday, December 11) at 4 p.m. ET.

The Beacon Jams consisted of eight livestream concerts originating from The Beacon Theatre in New York City each Friday between October 9 – November 27. Anastasio was joined by members of the Trey Anastasio Band, pianist Jeff Tanski, the Rescue Squad Strings and Phish drummer Jon Fishman as well as vocalists Celisse and Jo Lampert at various points of the run.

Phish Radio’s special will include conversations with Tanski and TAB members Russ Lawton, Jennifer Hartswick and James Casey as well as Don Hart. Don Hart, a longtime Anastasio collaborator, wrote the charts the strings used over the course of the residency.

The Beacon Jams raised over $1 million for the Divided Sky Fund. The donations will help establish and fund an addiction rehabilitation center in Vermont.
