Trailer: Bob Weir & Mickey Hart On Sammy Hagar’s ‘Rock & Roll Road Trip’

This Sunday, the next episode of Sammy Hagar‘s new series Rock & Roll Road Trip premieres on AXS TV. The January 31st episode of the show features Bob Weir and Mickey Hart of the Grateful Dead. Expect to see Bobby team with the Red Rocker on “Loose Lucy” and a jam between Mickey and Sammy. The trio will also talk about their influences and coming of age in the tumultuous ’60s.

A trailer for Sunday’s installment of Rock & Roll Road Trip, which is the second of six episodes that make up the debut season of the program, has surfaced. In the promo we see Weir and Hagar team up at Sweetwater Music Hall as well as Sammy visiting Mickey’s studio. Watch:

Rock & Roll Road Trip airs on AXS TV each Sunday at 9 p.m. ET. Sammy is Weir’s neighbor and has jammed with members of The Dead on many occasions, including one of the first “The Dead” shows on Valentine’s Day in 2003.
