JamBase celebrates the release of Tori Amos‘s Abnormally Attracted to Sin and Zee Avi‘s self-titled debut by offering FREE downloads and full album streams! Both records were released today (5/19) and are available for purchase everywhere.
For nearly two decades, Tori Amos’ stark lyrical flourishes and inspired musicianship have shaped the musical landscape. She is also considered one of the most emotionally powerful live artists in music today. Her Universal Republic debut album, Abnormally Attracted to Sin is also offered as a deluxe version with a DVD of corresponding ‘visualettes’ for each track. Zee Avi was discovered by Raconteurs drummer, Patrick Keeler, who brought the music to the attention of his manager Ian Montone (The Shins, The White Stripes, Autolux) who was blown away and approached Brushfire to co-release. Zee is based in Malaysia and was immediately flown out to begin recording. Her debut album will be the first release under the Brushfire/Montone partnership. She is being booked by Robin Taylor over at Inland Empire (Band of Horses, Hold Steady, Modest Mouse, and more).
