WORLDWIDE TOUR CONFIRMED; NEW ALBUM OUT SEPT. 20;
LETTERMAN APPEARANCE SCHEDULED FOR SEPT. 23

Alt-Country pioneers The Jayhawks have announced a new round of tour dates in support of their forthcoming album Mockingbird Time, out September 20 on Rounder Records.

The new album and tour will founding members Gary Louris and Mark Olson, along with original band members Karen Grotberg (keyboards, vocals), Tim O’Reagan (drums, vocals) and Marc Perlman (bass). The band is booked for an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman on September 23.
