The Flaming Lips To Headline ‘The Big One’ On New Year’s Eve

A concert event dubbed “The Big One” will be held at San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on New Year’s Eve. The Flaming Lips will headline a diverse lineup and the celebratory band are expected to be on stage as 2015 ends and 2016 begins.

The Big One will also feature Ratatat, Tycho (Live & DJ Set), Gramatik, Geographer, XXYYXX, Gigamesh, Shigeto, Worthy, Pumpkin, Thriftworks, Motion Potion and Late Night Radio. Tycho and Geographer kick off the action on the main stage in advance of the Lips, while Ratatat and Gramatik will hold down the main stage on the late night front. Side room stages will host the other acts on the bill. Additional artists will be announced in the weeks to come.

General admission and VIP tickets go on sale Friday, October 23 at 10 a.m. PT via Ticketmaster.
