The Avett Brothers To Celebrate New Year’s Eve In North Carolina

The New Year’s Eve show announcements keep coming and one of the latest comes from JamBase favorites The Avett Brothers. The band will ring in 2014 at the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, NC with support from Shovels & Rope.

Tickets will be available via a fan club pre-sale that starts on September 17 at noon ET. A public on-sale begins on September 20. “Time and time again, we’ve been welcomed home for the holidays,” Seth Avett told Rolling Stone. “And somehow, every time we find ourselves back in North Carolina on New Year’s Eve, we end up fortunate enough to be in the middle of a celebration we’ll never forget.”
