Tedeschi Trucks Band with The Wood Brothers & Hot Tuna :: 7.25.17 :: Walmart Amp :: Rogers, AR

The Wheels Of Soul Tour continued on Tuesday night at Walmart Amp in Rogers, Arkansas. Once again, headliners Tedeschi Trucks Band were joined by members of support acts Hot Tuna and The Wood Brothers at various points of the evening.

Following sets from Hot Tuna and The Wood Brothers, the TTB kicked off their set with “Don’t Know What It Means.” The first collaboration of the performance came a few songs later when Hot Tuna’s Jorma Kaukonen, Jack Casady and Justin Guip emerged to help out on the blues classic “The Sky Is Crying.”

Towards the end of the set the Tedeschi Trucks Band was aided by Oliver Wood for a rendition of Sleepy John Estes’ “Leaving Trunk.” Next, Chris Wood and Jano Rix came out to join Oliver and the TTB for a cover of The Rolling Stones’ “Sweet Virginia.” After “I Want More” ended the set, Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi led their group through an encore of “Part Of Me” and “Space Captain.”
