Taylor Swift Performs Surprise ‘Love Story’ Duet With Lainey Wilson At Tight Ends & Friends Concert

Taylor Swift took the stage for the second year in a row at her fiancé Travis Kelce’s annual Tight Ends & Friends concert in Nashville. Swift joined Lainey Wilson for a surprise “Love Story” duet to close out the show at The Pinnacle.

Tight Ends & Friends is the opening night ceremony for Tight End University, a yearly three-day training camp for tight ends put together by Kelce and his fellow co-founders and NFL stars George Kittle and Greg Olsen. Dan + Shay, Jon Pardi, and others were among the performers at The Pinnacle on Tuesday.

Lainey Wilson brought out Taylor Swift for the final song of her set at Tight Ends & Friends. “We have a special request by a very special tight end who wanted to hear a particular song,” Swift said leading fans to think she was referring to Kelce. “And that tight end … is named George Kittle.”

Swift and Wilson then launched into Taylor’s 2008 hit “Love Story.” The pair traded verses and choruses on Swift’s first performance of the song since ending her The Eras Tour.

Last year, Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance at the Tight Ends & Friends concert at Brooklyn Bowl Nashville. Swift sang her song “Shake It Off” with an assist from country musician Kane Brown.
