Oteil Burbridge, Donna The Buffalo & Yonder Mountain String Band Lead Suwannee Roots Revival 2025 Lineup

Suwannee Roots Revival returns to the idyllic setting of the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (SOSMP) in Live Oak, Florida between Thursday, October 9 and Sunday, October 12, 2025. The ninth edition of the four-day music festival boasts a lineup topped by Oteil & Friends, Yonder Mountain String Band, Donna the Buffalo and Peter Rowan & The Walls of Time Band.

Dead & Company bassist Oteil Burbridge will be joined for his Oteil & Friends performance at SOSMP by keyboardist Melvin Seals, guitarist Steve Kimock, multi-instrumentalist Jason Crosby, drummer John Morgan Kimock, guitarist Tom Guarna and vocalist Lamar Williams Jr. Donna The Buffalo will play all four days of Suwannee Roots Revival 2025.

Jim Lauderdale & The Game Changers, Della Mae, Seth Walker, Henhouse Prowlers, Walter Parks & The Unlawful Assembly, The Ain’t Sisters, Jon Stickley Trio, The Lee Boys, John Mailander’s Forecast, Mosier Brothers Band, Verlon Thompson and Kaleta & Super Yamba Band are also aboard. The 2025 Suwannee Roots Revival lineup is rounded out by Songs From The Road Band, The Grass Is Dead, Sauce Boss, The Nikki Talley Band, Snake Oil Medicine Show, The Fried Turkeys, Frank Douglas, Sloppy Joe and Quartermoon.

John Mailander will serve as the festival’s Artist at Large in addition to his John Mailander’s Forecast set. Attendees are invited to bring their instruments to perform at the festival’s campground pickin’ party sites, with Sloppy Joe hosting “Slopryland” and Quartermoon hosting the “Bill Monroe Shrine.”

Sets will be held across a variety of venues, including Big Cosmo’s Amphitheater, the Dance Tent, the Music Hall and the Music Farmers Stage at The Back Porch. In addition to the music, the family-friendly Suwannee Roots Revival hosts music workshops, kids activities, daily yoga sessions and specially curated food and crafts vendors.
