Sufjan Stevens Releases New Single | Should Have Known Better

Later this month Sufjan Stevens will release a new album, entitled Carrie & Lowell, via Asthmatic Kitty Records. Included on the follow up to his 2010 LP The Age of Adz is the single, “Should Have Known Better,” which you can stream below. Carrie & Lowell will be released Tuesday, March 31 both digitally and on clear vinyl.


Stevens previously shared the Carrie & Lowell single, “No Shade in the Shadow of the Cross,” as well as the album’s video trailer. He’ll be joined by opening acts Cold Specks, Little Scream, Moses Sumney and Helado Negro on various dates throughout his upcoming spring U.S. tour, which kicks off with a two night stand April 9 and 10 at the Academy of Music in Philadelphia.
