On Sunday Colorado jam act The String Cheese Incident helped bring this year’s installment of Suwannee Hulaween to a close at The Spirit Of The Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida. SCI played their final two sets of the seven they presented over the course of the weekend and invited a number of friends to share the stage.

The band began their afternoon set with “Song In My Head” ahead of a “These Waves” > “Djibouti Bump” sequence. Guitarist Tyler Grant of Grant Farm then came out to add to SCI’s rendition of “Get Tight.” From there, Cheese proceeded to end their six of seven Hulaween ’16 sets with “Down A River,” “Born On The Wrong Planet” and “Rain” > “BollyMunster.”

The String Cheese Incident emerged for their final set of the weekend accompanied by The Travelin’ McCourys. SCI and the McCourys treated festivalgoers to “How Mountain Girls Can Love,” “Shady Grove” and “Don’t It Make You Wanna Dance” followed by “Bumpin’ Reel,” “Sometimes A River” and “You’ve Got The World.” A cover of Eddie Harris’s “Freedom Jazz Dance” featured Joey Porter of The Motet on keys and Dominic Lalli of Big Gigantic on sax. “‘Round The Wheel” came next ahead of a percussion jam with Lalli’s Big G. mate Jeremy Salken. SCI and Dom then closed out Cheese’s seventh and final set of the weekend on “Beautiful.

Next up for SCI is three shows in Broomfield, Colorado to end 2016.
