On Wednesday, December 14 an impressive lineup of musicians will come together at Brooklyn Bowl in New York City for a concert honoring Grateful Dead lyricist John Perry Barlow. If you can’t make it to The Songs Of Barlow in person, there’s an option to watch from home or wherever you have an internet connection.

nugs.tv will host a webcast of the upcoming Songs Of Barlow concert live from Brooklyn. The webcast is currently available for pre-order in both SD and HD formats here.

The band for the evening will be Grahame Lesh, Ross James, Alex Koford and Scott Padden, aka the Terrapin Family Band. Grahame, Ross, Alex and Scott will be joined by a bevy of guests for a night of JPB’s songs including Eric Krasno, Jackie Greene, Jon Graboff, Karina Rykman, Katie Jacoby, Rob Barraco, DJ Logic and Leslie Mendelson.

Barlow has spent the majority of the last two years in “medical incarceration” as he deals with one health issue after another. After years of paying the immense cost of extended convalescence in contemporary America, Barlow’s friends have started the John Perry Barlow Wellness Trust. Proceeds from the Brooklyn Bowl show and webcast will go towards the Wellness Trust and you can donate directly if you can’t make it.
