Tina Turner, Foo Fighters, Jay-Z & Carole King Among Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame 2021 Inductees

The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame confirmed its 2021 inductees including Tina Turner, Foo Fighters and Carole King. The Go-Go’s, Jay-Z and Todd Rundgren will also be inducted into the Rock Hall on October 30 as part of the Performers category.
Billy Preston, Randy Rhoads and LL Cool J will be honored with Musical Excellence Awards, while the Ahmet Ertegun Award will go to Sussex Records founder Clarence Avant. Furthermore, Kraftwerk, Gil Scott Heron and Charley Patton are this year’s Early Influence Award recipients.

Carole King, Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl and Tina Turner will each be inducted for the second time this year. King was previously honored as a non-performer in 1990 with longtime writing partner Gerry Goffin. Dave Grohl was inducted as a member of Nirvana in 2014 and Tina Turner initially entered the Rock Hall when Ike & Tina Turner were part of the Class Of 1991.
The Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland will host the induction ceremony on October 30. The ceremony will be broadcast on HBO Max.
