Reeves Gabrels Guests With Gov’t Mule At Brooklyn Bowl London

Last night Gov’t Mule kicked off a two-night stand at Brooklyn Bowl’s London outpost, marking the group’s first visit to the new venue. The band focused on originals yesterday, throughout two lengthy sets.

Mule welcomed guitarist Reeves Gabrels for an encore of “Mr. Big” and “The Hunter” > “Good Morning Little Schoolgirl” > “The Hunter” in London. Gabrels, who toured and recorded with David Bowie in the ’80s and ’90s, more recently was a touring member of The Cure. Reeves shared the following message about his sit-in on Twitter:
