Railroad Earth Adds November Leg To 25th Anniversary Tour

Railroad Earth expanded their 25th Anniversary Tour with a series of eight newly announced shows. The jamgrass veterans will keep their silver anniversary celebration going in the Pacific Northwest from November 4 – 14.

The run starts in Oregon with concerts in Eugene on November 4, Bend on November 5 and Portland on November 6. Railroad Earth then hits Seattle on November 7 before gigs in Salt Lake City on November 11 and Boise on November 12. The brief excursion concludes in Montana with shows on November 13 in Bozeman and November 14 in Missoula.

General on-sales begin Friday, July 10 at 10 a.m. local time.

“Twenty-five years. It’s hard to wrap your head around,” multi-instrumentalist Tim Carbone said when the celebratory excursion was first announced late last year. “We started this band because we loved playing together, and somehow that turned into a quarter century of incredible nights with the best fans in the world. This tour is our way of saying thank you.”

Drummer Carey Harmon added: “The music feels as fresh and challenging as ever, almost as if it took 25 years for us to really get our heads around it. With the new additions to the lineup and new music, these shows are a great way to celebrate all we’ve been through.”

Railroad Earth next takes the stage on Saturday, July 11 at the Jeezum Crow Festival in Jay, Vermont. Additional festival appearances and a few headline shows round out the band’s summer tour schedule.
