Last night’s episode of NBC talk show The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon featured a musical performance from supergroup Prophets Of Rage. The band is on the verge of releasing their self-titled debut LP this Friday and played a tune off the album.
Prophets Of Rage features Rage Against The Machine’s Tom Morello, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk and frontmen B-Real of Cypress Hill and Chuck D of Public Enemy along with DJ Lord. The band performed one of the singles off their forthcoming album, “Living On The 110.” B-Real handled the first few verses before Chuck D came in for give-and-take throughout the rest of the powerful track.
