From August 3 – 5, Ohio jam act The Werks headlined this year’s installment of The Werk Out Music & Arts Festival at Legend Valley in Thornville, Ohio. Today, The Werks have shared professionally-shot video featuring a highlight from their set on the first day of The Werk Out ’17.

The Werks opened with “Into The Moss” and “Alive” on August 3, 2017. RAQ keyboardist Todd Stoops then emerged for an adventurous, 20+ minute “Galactic Passport.” The set rolled on with a rare cover of “Long Train Running” by The Doobie Brothers. Drummer Rob Chafin handled vocals on the Doobies’ classic which also featured a screaming guitar solo courtesy of Chris Houser and organ workout thanks to Dan Shaw.
